A proposed urban intervention project to revitalise the underused existing public space into more accessible and approachable multi-use office spaces.  As the car park is relocated to the space in front of the site the inner courtyard is now used to host extension of office spaces from the existing building.  The courtyard is not overly "green" so that the space retains a certain level of order  as working spaces rather than a full scale garden space which would be too high maintenance for the nature of the building usage.  The altered part of the existing building was given a new facade and the rear part of the building was cut in an angle to allow light to penetrate into the now hollowed out atrium.  The existing original gate was used to access into the new office space from the rear of the site as an alternative access route from the embankment on the back of the site which is used by pedestrians.
